• Profile:

    Mary’s ballet class draws on her experience in New York City working with some of the finest teachers in the world. She studied intensively with master teacher David Howard and applies his method of mixing classical ballet with a kinesthetics. Mary is also a certified Pilates mat instructor and teaches both ballet and Pilates at Barnard College, The New School, and Steps on Broadway.  Her training includes study at: Cincinnati Ballet Company School, Butler University, and David Howard Dance Center.  Her professional credits include: The Metropolitan Opera Ballet, Ohio Dance Theatre, Maryland Ballet, Granite State Ballet, Charleston Ballet, Lexington Ballet, Ballet Artists of Cincinnati.  She is a pointe shoe expert and has a youtube channel where she does monthly segments on finding the best fitting shoes.
