    Medium of Fashion: Textiles

    Aimed at fashion design students as well as design professionals, this course covers the elements involved in the design and manufacture of apparel and accessories.

    Worth to Westwood: Fashion from the 19th to the 21st Century

    This fashion history course opens with an introduction to Charles Frederick Worth, the father of haute couture. Our exploration concludes with Dame Vivienne Westwood, the designer who brought punk and New Wave fashion into the mainstream.

    Retail Buying

    Learn to work with a retail buyer, or become one yourself. This course is essential for managers, retail business owners, and manufacturers’ account representatives.

    Fashion Marketing in a Global Environment

    Students analyze and identify target markets and become aware of key marketing decisions as they develop a global marketing plan for a fashion company. 

    Two electives

    Electives that fulfill certificate requirements include Putting Sustainability into Practice and Social Media Marketing.
