    The Cabinet of Bureaucratic Wonders

The Cabinet of Bureaucratic Wonders is a collaborative inquiry into power and bureaucracy. Developed by Judy Park Lee and Lucas Teixeira Vaqueiro in collaboration with the National School of Public Administration in Brazil, the project critiques and reimagines bureaucratic structures in liberal democracies.

Through a labyrinthine exploration of offices, artifacts, and processes, it reframes bureaucracy as a site of possibility. At its core is an interactive installation inviting civil servants to reflect on questions such as “What is an institution?” and “How does leadership differ from authority?”

For more details on their process, read an interview with Judy and Lucas here.
