• Caroline Meersseman

  • Born and raised in Cernobbio, Italy, Caroline Meersseman studied philosophy at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan before shifting her focus to design and enrolling at Parsons AAS. 

    Advising

    While at Parsons, Meersseman interned at design firm Yabu Pushelberg, where she still works today. She has been a design director there since 2012, managing a team designing hotels, retail spaces, and residences. Completed projects include the Park Hyatt New York, Clement restaurant at the Peninsula New York, and Barneys New York CO-OP; her current projects include both classic brands such as the Four Seasons and up-and-coming brands such as Moxy and Equinox. In the spring of 2015, Meersseman returned to Parsons as a part-time lecturer.
