Experiential Marketing
Experiential marketing is a powerful brand promotion tool that has reshaped the marketing and PR industry. Students master a range of experiential marketing techniques, including partnership development, research, local and national promotion, and pop-up activations. They learn to process and implement ideas for brand promotion using methods including field marketing and digital and social promotion. Through workshopping, case study analysis, creation of mood boards, and brainstorming sessions, students learn to think creatively and develop innovative experiential marketing campaigns.
Influencer Marketing and Celebrity Relations
In today’s marketplace, celebrities and influencers play a key role in brand promotion. In this course, students acquire essential skills involved in influencer marketing efforts and in raising brand awareness and equity, including talent procurement, local and national promotion, and the use of talent endorsements. These skills can be applied in field marketing initiatives, digital and social campaigns, experiential activations, and brand ambassador programming. Through case study analysis and virtual brainstorming sessions, students learn how to think strategically and workshop innovative ways to procure the right brand ambassadors or influencers for marketing campaigns and experiential initiatives.
