  • The School of Media Studies’ community fosters a prolific student output and collaborative ways of working that allow you to thrive creatively and personally. You have the opportunity to share your work in annual showcases and exchange feedback and ideas in monthly workshops and screening series. In our public programs, engage in talks and master classes with prominent media industry guests and artists-in-residence. Cross-university collaborations with peers from other colleges, such as the School of Drama and Parsons School of Design, will allow you to push the creative limits of your projects. All in the heart of New York City, one of the media capitals of the world.

  • The School of Media Studies offers a variety of venues in which students can present the results of their academic research and creative work such as short films, documentaries, Internet and social media projects, music videos, and radio programs.

  • At our public programs, influential people come together to debate major issues of the day. We offer more than 1,000 programs a year including media professionals and School of Media Studies’ Artist-in-Residence events.
