Immigration Equality
Immigration Equality is a national organization working to end discrimination in U.S. immigration law against lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and HIV-positive people. The group helps obtain asylum for those persecuted in their home countries on the basis of their sexual orientation, transgender identity, or HIV status. Members meet at the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Community Center on the third Monday of every month at 8:00 p.m.

The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Community Center
The LGBT Community Center provides information, referrals, and legal support for LGBTQ individuals, including immigrants. The goal of the immigrant support group is to provide a safe, non-judgmental environment where immigrants can talk about their immigration and migration experience and receive information and referrals to LGBT organizations that understand the unique needs of newly arrived LGBT immigrants.
