• External Funding

  • Students and their families may need funding beyond what they are eligible to receive from The New School and through the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). If you are not eligible for federal aid or you need funds to help bridge the gap between your aid and your expenses, you may want to pursue funding from external sources, such as outside scholarships, New York State aid for qualifying residents, or private educational loans. We recommend that students review all grant, scholarship, and federal loan options before pursuing private educational loans.

Undergraduates

To apply to any of our undergraduate programs (except the Bachelor's Program for Adults and Transfer Students and Parsons Associate of Applied Science programs) complete and submit the Common App online.

Undergraduate Adult Learners

To apply to any of our Bachelor's Program for Adults and Transfer Students and Parsons Associate of Applied Science programs, complete and submit the New School Online Application.

Graduates

To apply to any of our Master's, Doctoral, Professional Studies Diploma, and Graduate Certificate programs, complete and submit the New School Online Application.
