    Management and urban policy graduate students at the university’s Schools of Public Engagement build their financial analysis skills in this course, which engages capital markets in community development, social entrepreneurship, and sustainability management projects.

    Designed Realities Lab

    The Designed Realities Lab at Parsons develops students’ imaginative capacities through speculative design exercises employing writing, film, and other media to envision futures beyond the expected scenarios. Freed from framing problems and solutions narrowly, students identify broader entrepreneurial opportunities.

    Digital Equity Lab 

    The Digital Equity Lab (DEL), based in the university’s Milano School, bridges the technology divide between communities with varying socioeconomic profiles and addresses technology’s effects on cultural and political systems. To foster greater digital equity, DEL convenes forums, identifies areas for intervention, builds community alliances, and promotes initiatives such as net neutrality.
