National Queer Asian Pacific Islander Alliance
The National Queer Asian Pacific Islander Alliance (NQAPIA) is a federation of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) Asian American, South Asian, Southeast Asian, and Pacific Islander (AAPI) organizations. Queer Women Of Color Media Arts Project
The Queer Women Of Color Media Arts Project (QWOCMA) builds power through film that radically centers our community to fundamentally transform the world where justice and equity are the norm. QWOCMAP creates, exhibits, and distributes high-impact films that authentically reflect the lives of queer women of color (cisgender and transgender), gender nonconforming and transgender people of color (of any orientation), and address the vital, intersecting social justice issues that concern our multiple communities. QWOCMAP uses film to shatter stereotypes and bias, build community through compassionate public discussions, and strengthen movements for change.
The Dari Project
The Dari Project is organizing a national LGBTQ convening for people of Korean descent in the U.S. We seek to transform the Korean American community into a welcoming and loving space for everyone. We will expand on a pioneering gathering by Korean American Rainbow Parents in Fall 2016 to build bridges among LGBTQs, family, and faith at a national scale.
