• While The New School is making Mindwise Innovations available to staff and students, if you sign up to use the mental health screening, the agreement will be directly between you and Mindwise Innovations.  

    It is your responsibility to understand: how the mental health screening works, and what your rights, responsibilities, and potential liabilities are as a user. It is also your responsibility to take precautions to ensure that whatever applications or software you select for use are free of such items as viruses, worms, adware, spyware and any other items that may cause damage or compromise the confidentiality, integrity or availability of your data and/or information systems.

    Use of Mindwise Innovations may involve sharing personally identifiable, confidential, or sensitive information about yourself. Read Mindwise Innovation’s privacy policy, their terms of service/terms of use, and any community or user conduct rules before using the mental health screening.  By using, or merely accessing, Mindwise Innovations, you may be bound to their terms. 

    The New School is not liable for any loss or risk incurred as a consequence of your access to or use of this service. The New School may provide links to and frames of sites that are not maintained by The New School. The New School is not responsible for the content of Mindwise Innovation’s website(s).
