An Annual Spring Celebration of Our Community's Creativity, Work, and Impact
Each spring, The New School buzzes with energy as students and faculty showcase their cutting-edge research and creative projects through screenings, performances, readings, and presentations. Alumni return to inspire and connect through talks and networking
while staff curate exciting events and experiences. Spark was launched to celebrate all of this remarkable work, highlighting the incredible contributions of our community both within the university and beyond.
Led by the Provost’s Office, Spark brings all New Schoolers together to recognize the creativity, innovation, and dedication that make The New School unique. Provost and executive vice president for Academic Affairs Dr. Renée T.
