  • Training and Development, a service in the Office of Human Resources, is committed to helping all New School employees succeed by providing resources and support that assist them in meeting their personal and professional goals. We are dedicated to providing relevant, high-quality programs and development opportunities that align with the university's overall strategic goals.

    A variety of online and recorded workshops and programs are available to university employees, including leadership development, manager training, performance management, and employee support services. We also provide customized training interventions and consultancy for department-specific development needs.
