All external individuals or organizations interested in reserving space on campus should complete an Online Leasing Application Form. Please note that availability varies throughout the academic year; larger events with multiple dates and extensive room needs may be accommodated during January and the summer months. Because of institutional space priorities, it may not be possible to book certain events. All venues offer a four-hour minimum rental.
Our venues are not appropriate for very small gatherings (less than 100 people).
Clients will comply with the university’s restrictions on the use of its facilities, including fire safety, capacity, on-campus sales, smoking, excessive noise, and alcohol consumption.
The university will not provide storage for equipment or materials outside of the Reservation Period. The university will not assume or accept any responsibility for damage to or loss of any merchandise or articles belonging client or its guests left
on the premises before, during, or after the event.
All plans for production or construction or addition of furniture objects to any spaces must be approved by the university director of Fire and Safety, Paul Gottlieb, at least 30 days before the event date.
Please note: The booking start time is the point at which the client, the client's staff, or any vendors need to access the room(s) for event preparations. Similarly, the booking end time is the time when the client, its staff, or any vendors vacate the facility. Clients must remove all signage, decorations, equipment, and other items by the end of the scheduled move-out time.
