The Open Enrollment period begins on Monday, October 21, 2024, and ends on Friday, November 15, 2024. Changes made to your coverage will go into effect on January 1, 2024.

Important Reminder
You cannot change or adjust your benefit elections outside of the open enrollment period unless you experience a qualifying event such as marriage, divorce, the birth or adoption of a child, or gain or loss of coverage. Benefits governed by this rule include all medical and dental elections and flexible spending.
Benefit changes due to a qualifying life event must be made within 31 days of the event and require submission of supporting documentation. After 31 days, changes to medical, dental, and flex spending benefits must be made during Open Enrollment.
2025 Open Enrollment
Our Open Enrollment Overview outlines the Open Enrollment process and changes for 2025. Information specific to full-time faculty and staff is provided below. Additional information can be found in your Open Enrollment Guide.
Open Enrollment for 2025 will be an active enrollment, which means you will need to make elections for all benefit coverage for 2025, even if you wish to keep your current selections. Your medical, dental, FSA, and life insurance (if applicable) elections from 2024 will not automatically carry over to 2025 as in prior years. If no action is taken, your plan selection will be defaulted to the Value plan.
