Requests must be submitted four weeks before the date requested. The New School requires a four-hour minimum for all venue leases. Please provide a full description of the event, including setup time, a brief schedule, the number of rooms needed, VIP needs, etc.

This form is to be completed by or on behalf of external organizations interested in renting space at The New School. Faculty members should contact their department for events related to their academic work. Students affiliated with registered student
organizations should go to Student Leadership and Involvement for space, but students looking for spaces for their academic coursework should go to their programs.
