Sharing and Understanding
Our Global Partnerships team begins with a series of conference calls and written correspondence to gain a broad understanding of your organization’s goals and opportunities. We ask that in your initial communication, you provide us with information to
acquaint us with your objectives, cultural environment, and existing capabilities. From this initial information we prepare an outline of New School colleges, schools, or programs and discuss our models of engagement.
Exploring and Designing
If potential for strategic alignment is evident from these initial conversations, our team can facilitate continued discussion and coordinate an in-depth analysis of the opportunity. This stage typically includes arranging on-site tours of our campuses
in New York or Paris, meeting with senior leadership and faculty, or visiting your organization. With this deepened understanding, we collaborate with you to create a proposal to define the project’s scope, deliverables, timeline, and terms.
Partnering and Delivering
Upon mutual agreement, the university formally establishes our partnership with you and begins working toward shared goals. The New School draws on its extensive network to appoint a combination of leadership, faculty, practitioners, and administrators
to lead the project. This team will implement the strategic framework of our proposal and deliver on our mission to create positive change in the world.
