At Parsons, you live and study as part of a diverse community in a dynamic city. University residence halls in Greenwich Village and Chelsea provide a secure and supportive environment that eases the transition from home to college and from culture to culture. All undergraduate residences are co-ed with gender-inclusive options, come fully furnished, and include air-conditioning and high-speed wireless Internet. Reflecting the university's commitment to safety, each residence features 24-hour security coverage and is staffed with a professional residence hall director and student resident assistants trained to handle emergencies.

For students who wish to live off campus, the Office of Housing and Residential Education has compiled a list of off-campus resources, which includes support for finding an off-campus roommate, information on what to be aware of when renting in the city, and links for finding apartments.

    Dining and Meal Plans

Parsons and The New School have several on-campus dining options, offering a range of hot and cold food and drinks. Most residential students are automatically enrolled in a meal plan.
