• Congratulations on your upcoming graduation from The New School! Please bookmark this site and check your New School email frequently for updates on ordering your caps and gowns, registering for commencement, guest tickets, and special events. Additional details will be announced in the coming weeks.

    The New School confers degrees four times a year: on January 31 for winter, May 31 for spring, August 31 for summer, and December 31 for fall. Commencement ceremonies are held once each year in May for all graduates. To be eligible to graduate, you must complete all of the requirements for your specific degree.
