Curriculum
The Master of Science degree in Organizational Change Management is awarded for successful completion of 42 credits. Students complete two core courses, eight required program courses (including a capstone seminar), and four elective courses.
Candidates for admission to the MS degree program should have a minimum of three years' full-time organizational work experience. The program can be completed in two years of full-time study. Our classes are scheduled to accommodate working professionals,
allowing students to earn their degrees full-time or part-time.

Required Program Courses
The required program courses teach you to apply critical thinking and knowledge to the practice of leadership and organization development. You learn how to build teams, work effectively with clients, manage change and restructure processes, create diverse
and inclusive workspaces, and articulate a vision and culture.
Electives
The four electives in the program allow you to creatively build areas of
expertise within the field of change management to meet your personal
professional goals. You can also use your elective courses to complete
one of the university’s graduate minors (see details below).
Internships
The Milano School strongly encourages supplementing your classroom learning with internship experiences. Internships are especially important if you have limited experience or you are making a career change.
Graduate Minors
You can use your elective courses toward completing one of the university’s graduate minors, which provide a structured, accessible way to complement your primary course of study with with
fresh ways of thinking. Your graduate minor is officially recorded on your transcript.
Graduate Certificates
The Milano School offers graduate certificate programs for professionals who would like to enhance their credentials or take their careers in a new direction. It may be possible to earn a certificate in Leadership and Change or
Sustainability Strategies concurrently with the MS in Organizational
Change Management. Note that students in the MS in Organizational Change Management program are not eligible for the Organization Development graduate certificate.
