Create a schedule that suits your lifestyle, studying full-time or part-time, on campus in New York City or online from anywhere in the world. Classes on campus meet in the late afternoon and evening to accommodate the needs of working professionals.

    The New School's New York City location offers students unmatched opportunities to pursue professional internships at leading media firms and to build industry connections. New School students have recently held internships at companies including TIDAL, NBC News, CNN, BET, Sony Music Entertainment, and the Late Show on CBS. Our university campus, located in the center of Greenwich Village, offers academic resources and services that include on-site production facilities, scholarly and professional conferences and events, campus housing, and lifelong career services.

    Our graduates can pursue their passions in many areas, including production, marketing, and business management for TV, film, radio, and digital media; branding and advertising; and media administration for commercial and nonprofit organizations.

    Note: This program is STEM-designated. Eligible F-1 students in this program can apply for an additional 24 months of optional practical training at the end of their post-completion OPT.
