    Terry Szor

    Profile

    Principal Trumpet, Opera Saratoga, Hudson Valley Philharmonic, New York Gilbert and Sullivan Players. Freelance performer since 1980 with New York Philharmonic, Brooklyn Philharmonic, Boston Pops Esplanade Orchestra, Masterwork Chorus and on Broadway. Former member of the Saturday Brass Quintet, winners of the 1990 Naumburg Chamber Music Award, Manhattan School of Music Artists in Residence (1989-1994). Teaching Artist for several NYC arts in education organizations such as Center for Arts Education, Midori and Friends, New York Young Audiences. Faculty, Music Advancement Program, Juilliard School (1997-present)
